The thing I love about book stores
is you can "browse" a book, pick it up, skim a few
chapters, and then decide if you want it. So, I've posted a couple
of the chapters here. If you decide you want the print version,

This is the original and I'm afraid a little poorly edited version

The world of the Recreational Vehicle comprises
everything from the $400 yard sale trailer to the $500,000 luxury
motorhome, and at any given moment you can find examples of both
cruising along our interstates! This book, Cruisin' On Land,
is an introduction to the cruisin' life. Except unlike most of
the RV press, this book is written for "normal" income
folk, and I'm afraid has just a touch of 60's and 70's "counter
culture" tone.... My first RV was a $3,000 pickup and a $400
pickup camper. We cruised from down the coast from Washington
State down to LA and back and had such a good time, we bought
a new one and a 10 year old diesel pickup! And that graduated
us up to a 26' 5th wheel we have today. We kept the truck though.
